the mural were developed during a couple of workshops I led with people from the community. They were invited to bring photos or objects that reminded them of the MPT — small, personal details connected to memories or stories. Based on these fragments, we sketched and explored ideas for original patterns that reflect the MPT’s convivial, multicultural, and intergenerational character. Later, I took these ideas into my sketchbook and expanded them into a colorful graphic language that shaped the design of the final piece. Courneuve - Six Routes”, which will be inaugurated in 2026, as part of the Grand Paris Express. In the context of the new subway lines 16 &amp; 17, I was chosen to decorate the tracks of this station in the suburbs of Paris. The murals are meant to both represent the population and culture of the city and attract new visitors. I chose fabric as a staging subject, to celebrate the attachment of La Courneuve residents to their city through shared, original patterns, while evoking the richness of the different cultures present. by @alicesaey. An admirer of the long-time animator and illustrator, the entire magazine team wept with joy. And they should have. For this cover, the artist went back to her greatest classics: hallucinogenic shots, biological swarms and radiant colors. As if that weren’t enough, she also varnished us with the animated version below.
