In the harbour, the wind sweeps a croissant in the way of a contemplative seagull. Below sea level, a well-groomed customer dozes off at a café terrace, holding on to a pyrex glas of water. By the canal, a great blue heron is carefully staring at its prey.

A motley collection of characters observe a series of anomalies in different corners of an hyper-active harbour city. Without totally grasping what is at stake, they begin to prepare for the big flood.
